PAY RATE: $13.75 per hour (up to 600 hours per year or 120 days per season).

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Work activities in this position primarily involve the operation and maintenance of a marina facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The list below is intended to describe the general nature of duties only. Employee shall perform other duties as assigned.
- Operates cash register, collects, and records daily receipts accurately.
- Checks change fund daily.
- Performs daily dock and ground checks.
- Cleans restrooms and marina building.
- Stocks all refectory and sundry items.
- Cleans and maintains acceptable appearance of marina facility and launch site water area.
- Responsible for slip re-rentals and assignments.
- Advises boaters of the marina rules.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Ability to get along with co-workers, supervisors, and park visitors.
- Ability to distinguish letters and symbols.
- Ability to communicate using telephone and/or radio.
- Ability to operate cash register.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Will be required to work assigned Special Events, Weekends, Evenings and Holidays.
- Will be required to adjust schedule to meet organizational needs.
- Ability to perform essential duties.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
- Ability to perform arithmetic calculations and tabulations.
TOOLS & EQUIPMENT USED: Requires the frequent use of hand tools, yard maintenance equipment, gas pumps, pump-out equipment, and communication devices like radios, to maintain the marina, assist boaters, and ensure safe operations.
