PAY RATE: $11.10 - $12.70 DOQ (up to 600 hours per year or 120 days per season)..
Eligible part-time employees will receive up to a $3.75 per hour retention bonus for all hours worked from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Additionally, eligible seasonal employees will receive a $0.60 per hour seasonal bonus for all hours worked. Click here for details.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Work activities in this position primarily involve the custodial and general maintenance of buildings and other park structures
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The list below is intended to describe the general nature of duties only. Employee shall perform other duties as assigned.
Cleans and maintains all restrooms in picnic areas and other locations as assigned.
Paints interior and exterior of buildings.
Paints signs, benches and tables.
Cleans Buildings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Ability to work varied hours depending upon park demands.
Ability to traverse sandy, marshy or wooded areas with even or uneven terrain.
Ability to get along with co-workers, supervisors, and park visitors.
Will be required to work assigned Special Events, Weekends, Evenings and Holidays.
Will be required to adjust schedule to meet organizational needs.
Ability to perform essential duties.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
Ability to load, unload and move materials from one location to another.
Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license
